Q: What countries does Forward Powersports sell to?

A: We currently only accept orders from US addresses.


Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. Once an order has been paid for, we cannot cancel or change it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please check your order for accuracy and verify that the shipping address is correct BEFORE you submit payment. Please see our return policy for details on how to return an item that is ordered incorrectly.


Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Paypal.

Q: Can I pick up my order at your location?

A:  We are not setup for customer pickup, so orders cannot be picked up.

Q: How will my order ship?

A: All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service or Fed Ex. Once your item ships, you will receive an email with a tracking/delivery confirmation number. You can track your order at www.usps.com or www.fedex.com. All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship via the US Postal Service.


Q: How can I return an item?

A: If your item is in its original packaging and condition, it can be returned to us for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must have an RMA number on the package. Please email us at returns@forwardpowersports.com to obtain an RMA number and return instructions. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Any item not returned in its original packaging or condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
